Salary Range: $16.50 - $25.00/hourJob Summary: As part of the Bakery Production team, Bakery Production Team Members will train on various aspects of production. Position level I staff require prompting and guidance in order to perform various job responsibilities as listed below. Level II & III are expected the lead on mixing dough and fillings, being “hands-on” with the baking process and baking- process quality control, and evaluating the product throughout the entirety of the baking and manufacturing process. Maintains equipment operation in order to keep production at optimum efficiency at all times while complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s), food safety and quality standards, and safe policies and procedures (mixer/oven/proofer/line operator positions).

The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, organized, and capable of contributing to a fast-paced environment. Special Touch Bakery is a food manufacturer and distributor. This position entails delivering and merchandising fresh bread in grocery stores. We have box trucks and bread vans that do not require a CDL. We deliver Monday through Friday with routes in Rochester, Syracuse and Buffalo. If you are a full-time driver, you may have 40+ hours per week in 4 days! Days start early, 4am – 6am and finish as late as 5pm.

Bakery Production – Sanitation & Reset Crew Member
REPORTS TO: Bakery Manager
HOURS/STATUS: Full-time / Hourly Non-Exempt
PAY RATE: $16.50 - $21/hour
JOB SUMMARY: This specialized role within the Bakery Production team is responsible for cleaning, resetting, and reassembling bakery production areas and equipment at the end of each production day. This position starts later than the standard production crew and plays a critical role in preparing the plant for the next day's operations. In addition to supporting general production tasks as needed, this position focuses on sanitation, disassembly/reassembly of equipment, and line setup in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety policies, and quality standards.
