Job Title: Bakery Delivery Driver

Reports To: Director of Warehouse & Logistics

Hours/Status: Full Time (40 hours)

Salary Range: $19.50 per hour to start, higher wages based on experience


SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Delivery Duties:

• Deliver and stock fresh bread in grocery stores. You will be our customer service representative in the store!

• For this position, you should be able to lift, pull and push moderate weight. Kneeling is

required when merchandising breads on the store shelf.

• Deliver bakery products to designated locations, ensuring timeliness and care during transit.

• Accommodate expanded delivery hours during peak holiday seasons as required.

• Maintain professional and respectful interaction with all customers and clients.

• Demonstrate sensitivity to and respect for individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Must have your own vehicle.

• Previous delivery experience preferred. Experience working in grocery stores is a definite plus

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularly.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must be punctual, reliable, and have a strong work ethic.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Regular driving in varied weather conditions.

• Occasional extended hours during peak periods (e.g., holidays).
