With an extensive background in manufacturing, Joe understands what it takes to run a productive commercial bakery operation. From the bakery’s inception, he has played an important leadership role preparing the bakery for growth and success—from securing the bakery’s top-of-the-line equipment to configuring the operation and scaling it up so it meets the needs of the incredible and dedicated bakery team and the requirements of our customers. Now, he’s focused on the big picture-- our bakery’s sustained and thoughtful growth, and creation of more jobs for people of all abilities.
Day-to-day, Joe works closely with the bakery team, providing guidance, training, and support. He works to ensure a positive, rewarding work environment, on-time order fulfillment, and, most important, customer satisfaction.
