The COVID-19 pandemic has made a jarring impact on countries and communities around the globe. As we all come to grips with the the drastic life changes and work to meet the needs of others around us, we remain committed to providing the much-needed products and support to the people, businesses, and communities that count on us.

Our employees are and have always been our primary focus, and that will never change. As our business has evolved to respond to this event, we have taken several steps to ensure the safety of our team, our customers and the businesses we partner with.

Working Remotely and Practicing Social Distancing

Our commitment to our staff has driven the implementation of social distancing and remote work procedures at our facility. All team members who can work from home are and will continue to do so until further notice.

Within our facility, we have taken several steps to protect our on-site team and the customers we serve. Our facility is closed to the public and will remain so until this public health concern passes. Additionally,  we have strategically spaced our shifts and our production team and, as always, diligently maintain strict sanitizing procedures. Our operation continues successfully because of the dedication of our hardworking, truly amazing staff.

Product Quality and Consistency

Our ability to work effectively and continue to meet customer demands during this time is also possible because of our state-of-the-art production equipment. While we have had to change the way we work at Special Touch Bakery,  our ability to produce products quickly and in larger quantities as needed—without sacrificing quality—has not changed.
