Special Touch Bakery Welcomes Matthew Reynolds as Director of Operations

Special Touch Bakery is pleased to welcome Matthew Reynolds as Director of Operations. With over a decade of leadership experience in food production and a proven track record in service and operational excellence, Matthew is poised to make significant contributions to the bakery’s mission.

Before his transition into the food industry, Matthew dedicated ten years to serving in the U.S. Army, including four years of active duty and six years in the National Guard, during which he completed two deployments to Iraq. His military background has instilled in him a profound commitment to discipline, safety, and teamwork—qualities that will enhance the operational efficiency at Special Touch Bakery.

Since entering the food production sector, Matthew has specialized in driving performance across key areas, including safety, quality, delivery, and cost management. In 2019, he earned his MBA from Colorado State University, further enhancing his expertise in strategic operations and business leadership.

At Special Touch Bakery, Matthew is dedicated to advancing the organization’s mission of “Purpose for All.” He aims to ensure that every aspect of operations aligns with the bakery’s goals of quality, inclusion, and impactful service to the community.
