Order Placement & Pickup Instructions

1. Place your Order

   1. Call (585) 359-2253 to place your order

      1. Pickup is available Monday, 1/24 through Friday, 1/29 from 9AM – 3PM.

      2. Please Note: 

         1. Orders must be placed by 2PM the day before pickup (for pickup on Monday, 1/25 orders must be placed by 2pm on Friday, 1/22)

         2. Payment by credit or debit card is required at order placement. We cannot accept cash transactions.

         3. The 25% discount will be automatically applied to your entire order - no need to mention a code!

2. Pickup and Enjoy

   1. Pickup your order at the Special Touch Bakery

      1. We are located at: 1999 Mt. Read Blvd., Rochester, NY 14615

   2. Call (585) 359-2253 when you arrive and we'll bring your order out to your car

As per Governor Cuomo’s Executive Order, and out of respect for you, our loyal customers, Special Touch Bakery staff will wear face coverings and gloves during the curbside pickup process. We respectfully ask that you return the favor by wearing a face covering as well.
